Craig Laue has applied his know-how to the digital transformation industry and related technologies for 31 years. In his role as CEO of IDEM GLOBAL, LLC he is dedicated to driving revenue growth and
furthering customer and prospect relationships and vendor relationships across the intelligent information and process automation marketspace.

Craig has been an active member of industry associations along with TBTLA, namely AIIM- the Association for Intelligent Information Management for 28 years and serves as President of the AIIM Florida Chapter Board of Directors in his eighth term. He has served nationally on various AIIM committees. In 2008, he was bestowed the AIIM Distinguished Service Award. In 2015, he was inducted into the Company of Fellows as Fellow # 205. Craig most recently served an peer-elected term as Chair of the Company of Fellows.

He is currently a member of the TWAIN Working Group Advisory Council and the St. Petersburg (Florida)
College of Technology Advisory Committee and takes an active role in several other industry-related
associations..
Craig is immersed in the latest trends in digital transformation, process automation, AI and industry best practices. He frequently provides perspective on the international user experiences in analytics and automation solutions as he is often called upon by large consultancy operations for his analyst views and is a frequent speaker at industry-related conferences and expos.

Michelle is a seasoned  leader and advocate in the Tampa Bay tech community. Her career has primarily focused broadly in health tech and customer facing, internal, and regulatory analytics and reporting for multiple industries in strategy, product development, product marketing, and Business development rules. She has a passion for volunteering and has served as a board member with multiple non-profits. Michelle is currently working as a consultant for multiple health tech startups.
 
I strive to build long lasting relationships as a trust worthy partner within the industries I serve, trade groups, friends and family by operating with Honesty, Integrity and delivering on my commitments and promises. Equally important is that I give back to the community that I play in by donating my time to volunteer efforts, such as SHRA, TBTLA/Community Relations, AFCEA/Scholarships, YMCA/Coach and HDI

With over 25 years of technology leadership experience and as the Director of IT for the area’s
largest hunger relief organization I am always looking to make an impact on the community.
TBTLA provides a conduit in which I can mentor other technologists and prepare them for a
future leadership role in the technology industry. While not delving into technological issues I
also do enjoy relaxing in nature and am an avid fisherman.

Priya Cassens is a seasoned Computer Science Engineer and technology leader with over 30 years of experience driving delivery excellence across complex, fast-evolving IT landscapes. Known for her agile mindset, results-driven focus, and resilient leadership, she has consistently led large-scale digital transformation initiatives—specializing in legacy-to-cloud migrations and innovative Smart Grid solutions.

Throughout her corporate career, Priya has built and led high-performing development teams, streamlined operational models, and championed lean, scalable solutions. Her dedication to quality, timeliness, and budget precision has earned her numerous accolades, including “IT Associate of the Quarter,” “MVP Game Changer,”(Marriot Vacations Worldwide) and “Best Consultant in the Americas.”(IBM)

Beyond the corporate world, Priya is deeply committed to philanthropy and cultural preservation. She is the founder of the Nruthya Priya Calendar Club—a creative platform that partners with a NGO Balacare that raises an awareness for underprivileged children in India through rich explorations of Indian culture, including classical dance, fine arts, traditional festivals, yoga, and meditation.

A passionate technologist and cultural advocate, Priya brings heart, discipline, and purpose to everything she does.

Deepa Rice

Deepa has over 25 years of technology experience from Technical leadership to Product Management and currently works for Raytheon as a Manager. 

Deepa expresses that it’s an honor to be serving TBTLA which gives her an avenue to make an impact in the Tampa community. 

She is able to bring in her experiences from running BalaCare, a non-profit that Deepa  founded which supports children in poverty and the disadvantaged. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and play on the USTA league.
